Rui Falcon, CFA

Rui is the co-founder of Princeton Asset Management and serves as the firm’s Chief Executive Officer. She oversees the operations, business development, and risk management of the firm. Previously, Ms. Falcon worked as an investment banker on debt issuance and credit analysis for J.P. Morgan in Debt Capital Markets in New York and Hong Kong. Additionally, Ms. Falcon was a member of the Investment Committee as the Director of Investments at a single family office The Cline Group prior to leading the efforts at Princeton. Rui is an MBA graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. Contact Rui

Adam Falcon, CFA

Adam co-founded Princeton Asset Management and is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Falcon sets the firm’s investment strategies, investment processes and leads the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Falcon oversees fixed income research, trade identification, allocation, portfolio construction, and monitoring. Adam served as Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of a single family office, The Cline Group, where he managed large fixed income portfolios for over six years and developed the credit strategies. Mr. Falcon managed fixed income portfolios for 7 years at PNC Bank in Washington, DC. Adam is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he received his MBA with concentrations in Finance and Financial Accounting. Contact Adam.

James Dressler

James works on investment idea generation, performing credit research including financial modeling, and portfolio management. Previously, James worked as a Senior Analyst in the Principal Investing group of Wells Fargo in both San Francisco and Los Angeles where he conducted credit research for Wells Fargo’s multi-billion dollar investment portfolio of leveraged loans and high yield bonds with a particular focus on the food & beverage, consumer & retail, oil & gas, industrial, and financial institutions sectors. Additionally, James spent several years at a generalist private equity firm, making both control (LBOs) and non-control investments in lower middle market companies. James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Southern California. Contact James.
